  • Live event streams fall under the broader streaming/broadcast use case, and our coverage includes streaming in All Media license as well as broadcasting, including streaming, in Enterprise plans.

  • Videos licensed and published while your subscription was active remain covered. A lapse stops new licensing, not the coverage on content already published.

  • Not automatically. Coverage is tied to the department that holds the plan, so one department's subscription doesn't extend across the whole institution. Broader, multi-department access is possible on an Enterprise arrangement scoped to the teams you include, tell us which departments need access and we'll set it up.
