Aaron Sprinkle has spent decades shaping music, working with MxPx on their debut album in 1995 and today’s biggest artists, such as Teddy Swims, as well as creating cinematic music. With credits that span producing, performing, and composing, his creative fingerprints can be found across countless records and scores. But behind that wide-ranging output lies a restless artist constantly reinventing himself—sometimes literally.

Beyond Aaron Sprinkle

“I’ve released music under more than a dozen monikers,” Aaron says. “Each one allows me to express a different part of my musical identity, the way different roles would for an actor. It’s a way to explore facets of my imagination and creativity that I might not normally feel permission to.”

That sense of exploration has always been at the heart of Aaron’s artistry. From the atmospheric world of his cinematic work to the raw textures of his indie roots, he’s never been one to sit still in a single genre. “So many different types of moments in music move me,” he explains. “And all I’m really trying to do is make that emotional connection with others.”

His Soundstripe journey

For Aaron, the studio remains a place of discovery—even after years of experience.

“Working with Soundstripe gives me the opportunity to constantly surprise myself,” he says. “It allows me to make music I wouldn’t normally have a reason to.” It’s that sense of play and curiosity that keeps his work evolving and fresh.

When asked which song feels most like him, Aaron doesn’t hesitate. “The first song that comes to mind is ‘Moonshot.’ I feel like it’s unapologetically me.”

Moving at the speed of sound

True to form, Aaron isn’t slowing down anytime soon. “I’m working on some new collaborations this quarter that I’m really excited about,” he shares. “There are always new sounds to chase, and I can’t wait to see where they lead.”

For an artist who thrives on reinvention, that next horizon is always just a song away.
