By submitting your content, you agree to grant Soundstripe Inc. all rights necessary to use the same in connection with the Sync Wars contest and event, including a non-exclusive, limited license to use, reproduce, distribute, exploit, adapt, synchronize with video, create derivate works, and publicly perform your content solely in connection with the Sync Wars contest and event, including in promotional materials and online.
To be considered for the contest, you must be a resident of Atlanta, Georgia and eighteen (18) years or older. and your song must be solely created by you and contain original vocals with lyrics. Please include printed (typed) lyrics and a “clean” version of your song with your submission.
All submissions must be made by May 11, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. No purchase is necessary to enter and making a purchase with Soundstripe will not increase your odds of winning. All entries must be submitted online. Winner(s) will be chosen by the participants at the Sync Wars event based on subjective artistic criteria determined by the participants. The prize has no retail value. One entry per person. We reserve the right to cancel the contest or modify the rules at any time for any reason.
Soundstripe’s Terms of Use otherwise govern this contest, excluding paragraphs 3-5 and 9.
