How Do I Add Team Members to My Account?

Only account admins can add team members to a Soundstripe account. If you don't see the option to invite users, you may not have admin-level access and need to  reach out to your account's admin for help.

Team member access depends on your plan type:

Individual Plans do not have team access. These subscriptions are designed for single-user use only. If you need multi-user access, consider upgrading to an Organization or Enterprise plan.

Business Plans are designed for nonprofits and small businesses, and include up to 3 team seats with role-based permissions. This means you can invite others to your account and control what they can access and do on the platform. To add a team member as an admin, log in and navigate to your Account settings. From there, you can add or remove team members as needed.

Enterprise Plans support flexible team management based on your custom plan, including assigning seats, setting permissions, and managing access across departments, clients, and contractors. These plans are typically configured during onboarding with your account manager and include more robust team-level controls. If you need to add or adjust team access, contact your account manager for assistance.
