Why is my Soundstripe account locked?

Account lockouts are temporary and easy to fix.

If your account is locked, you can regain access immediately by clicking Forgot Password to reset your password, or wait for the lockout to expire (typically 60 minutes). Accounts are locked automatically after too many failed login attempts to protect your security.

How do I unlock my account?

You have two options to unlock your account. The fastest option is to reset your password using the Forgot Password link on the login page:

  1. Wait for the lockout to reset automatically (typically 60 minutes).
  2. Click Forgot Password to reset your password and regain access immediately.
