What is Soundstripe's cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel at any time, but refunds are only available in certain situations.

For self-serve subscriptions (Personal, Pro, Pro Plus, Business):
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access stays active until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are available only if:
- You are within 15 days of your first subscription
- No music or content has been downloaded
Please note that we're unable to issue refunds for subscription renewals that were known in advance, or for partially used annual plans.

Enterprise customers
Enterprise contracts are governed by the terms of your specific agreement. Because Enterprise cancellation and refund terms vary by customer contract, please contact your Customer Success Manager with any questions, changes, or cancellation requests.
