Pricing & Checkout
Business Plan is a Yearly plan commitment, but offers two billing options for your convenience and preference:
- Business Plan - Billed Yearly comes with a savings of $105, since we are receiving your payment in full, upfront.
- Business Plan - Billed Monthly is still a yearly commitment, but allows you to pay in monthly installments which offers an advantage for managing monthly cash flow for businesses and teams.
On your first login as a Business plan member, you will see a helpful Invite Team Members pop-up to show you the ropes on how to get started: by inviting team members to your account.
Click within the Email box and start typing in the email addresses of your team members. Hit tab, enter or space to save an email entry, and then click Send Invites.
Or, choose I'll do this later to add them at a later time.
Under your account avatar, click the icon to reveal the dropdown menu. There, you can find the "Team Members" page link.
Before you have invited any Team Members to your shared account, you will see this empty state design on the Team Members page with the call to action to + Invite Team Members.
The + Invite Team Members button will trigger this Invite Team Members modal, the same modal you saw upon your first login.
After hitting the Send Invites button, you will see a purple modal pop-up top right to let you know you have successfully sent invitations to your listed team members.
Once your Team Members have accepted their invitations and successfully completed sign-up, you will see their avatar with initials, their registered first and last name, and their email address associated with their account listed.
If you are the owner of the Business account, you can Edit Profile or Remove User on your individual team members' accounts. By clicking the ... (ellipses) icon in each row, you will reveal the submenu with Edit Profile & Remove User actions on-hover.
You can manage team members accounts in the following ways: edit email address, edit password and remove team member.
Team Favorites & Playlists
Any user of a Business plan account (Owner or Team Member) can Favorite Songs and SFX and create Playlists that are accessible for the whole team, from each individual account.
Under the "My Music" navigation link, you and your teammates can see "Team Favorites" and "Team Playlists" links in the dropdown menu.
Any Team Member can favorite Songs and/or favorite SFX individually. Those individual favorites will appear globally for the rest of the team in their Team Favorites page as well.
Part of this shared content experience means that any Team Member can also create and/or edit Playlists for the rest of the team to see, listen to and further edit in the Team Playlists page.
Requesting an on-demand, custom curated Playlist is one way we aim to serve our business clients with great value, even more directly.
We will intake and turnaround your custom, curated Playlist within 24 hours or less. Between the friendly help of a Customer Care Concierge and the catalog expertise of our Product Curators, we will help you find music fit for your need.
Here's how to request a Playlist.
In the primary navigation bar, click the Custom Playlist Icon. On hover, "Request a custom playlist" appears so you know you're in the right spot.
On Soundstripe's dashboard, look for the Playlists section. To the right of "This Week's Popular Playlists," you'll see a "Request Playlist" link next to the "View All" link.
On the Playlists page, there is a Request Playlist button on the canvas just below the primary navigation. Before hovering, it's white and gray.
On hover, it's a fancy purple to pink gradient. Click that Request Playlist button to get started.
All three Request Playlist elements, when clicked, will trigger a chat and a pre-filled request prompt to expedite your Playlist need to our Customer Care Concierge.
You will see "I'd like to request a playlist!" message is sent via your chat modal, and then from there, you can engage freely and directly with a Customer Care Concierge.
In 24 hours or less, we'll have a curated, custom Playlist created just for you.
